Who we are
Aris Technologies Inc. ("Aris", "we", "us") operates this website. Our registered office is 4305 Gavira Ct., Cumming, Georgia 30040, United States. For any privacy question, contact support@aristechinc.com or +1 (571) 758-5945.
Information we collect
- Information you submit through our forms: name, work email, phone, company, website, industry, company size, and your description of the constraint on growth. Optional fields include budget range and desired start date.
- Your assessment answers, where you complete the Growth Infrastructure Assessment.
- Your consent to be contacted, together with the date and time it was given.
- Marketing attribution: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) present in the URL.
- Technical information: your browser user agent, and your IP address, which is used transiently for rate limiting and is stored only in hashed form.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a strategy call.
- To send you an acknowledgement confirming we received it.
- To notify our team internally that a new enquiry has arrived.
- To understand which marketing channels produce enquiries, so we can allocate our own budget sensibly.
- To protect the site from automated abuse and spam submissions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where your information goes
- Google (Google Sheets) — stores the enquiry record. This is our system of record for leads.
- Calendly — schedules strategy calls. When you book, it receives your name and email so it can send the calendar invitation.
- Resend — delivers the acknowledgement to you and the notification to our team.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that submissions come from a person rather than a bot, where enabled.
- Analytics providers, where enabled, receive page views and non-identifying event data only. We deliberately exclude your name, email, phone, company and the text of your enquiry from everything sent to analytics and advertising platforms.
Cookies and local storage
We store marketing attribution in your browser local storage so that if you return and submit a form later, we can still tell which campaign originally brought you here. This is first-party, is never shared, and contains no personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while we have a live business relationship or an active prospect record, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry.
To exercise any of these, email support@aristechinc.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act — and we will honour those requests.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to lead records is restricted to the people who need it. Credentials for our service providers are held server-side and are never exposed to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
