Our commitment

We build this site to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, rely on magnification, or need reduced motion. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What we have done

• Every colour combination has been checked against WCAG contrast requirements. Body text on white exceeds 6.5:1, and our lightest brand blue is reserved for graphics rather than text.
• The site is operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element and a skip link to the main content.
• Form fields are properly labelled, and errors are announced to assistive technology rather than signalled by colour alone.
• Headings follow a logical order on every page, so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
• Our diagrams carry text descriptions; the customer lifecycle renders as a real ordered list, because it genuinely is a sequence.
• Animation respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting — if your system asks for reduced motion, transitions and looping animations are switched off.
• The site is responsive from 320px upward and supports browser zoom to 200% without loss of content.

Known limitations

Our booking page embeds Calendly’s scheduling widget. That component is built and maintained by Calendly, and we do not control its markup or behaviour. If you have difficulty using it, please call or email us and we will schedule your call directly — you should never have to fight a third-party widget to talk to us.
